"I realize you have to cater to both smokers and non smokers, however putting the smoking floor on the 2nd, just didn't make any sense. The odor was pretty intense and needed to be dealt with. That would be the only reason I could say I was unhappy with any part of my visit. Even though my family was on the 3rd floor, we had friends on the 2nd, and they were non smokers. It made their stay tough because of allergies and other issues. Unfortunately there were no other non smoking rooms available and being we were there for an evacuation, we had to accept the fullness of the hotel. On a final note, the staff did try to ionize the room that our friends were in. Thanks for the opprtunity to share."
